Ossie Clark-A Dispute Over the Label
After the recent label revival of the 60’s icon Ossie Clark, the late designer’s sons are threatening a lawsuit over the use of the label’s name. Ossie Clark’s sons say they want to “reclaim their father’s name to prevent its continued and unauthorized exploitation”. They object to their father’s name being exploited and is without their consent.
Marc Worth who is behind the relaunch of the label claims that there is no legal basis for the actions from Clark’s sons.
